There's a hall-bath with retro purple tile-it's still shiny and fabulous! The master bedroom has a dressing area, I imagine it was Hollywood glam for 1960 St. Mary's and it has a private bath-yes, also with retro tile but this one is pink. The shower in that bedroom is inoperable so some repairs will be required. Although some TLC is needed, this home is well preserved and cared for. The roof is apx 4 1/2 years old. The HVAC and all the duct work was replaced in June of 2021. There's an attached garage with tall ceilings as well as a detached carport/RV cover on the side.
