Over 70 years of memories are baked into these walls. The statement "They don't build them like this anymore" couldn't be more true. The shower in that bedroom is inoperable so some repairs will be required. Although some TLC is needed, this home is well preserved and cared for. The roof is apx 4 1/2 years old. The HVAC and all the duct work was replaced in June of 2021. There's an attached garage with tall ceilings as well as a detached carport/RV cover on the side.
